Entry level: basic roller skating experience, at least 3 months (on a weekly basis).

After a blissful tour across the North Sea that started in Penzance in July 2023, London in October, Leeds in February 2024, Edinburgh in April 2024 and Dublin in July 2024, the soulful funky bunch joins forces once again with the London Roll Happy crew.

In this seminar, we will tocuh on the most popular and effective riffs, combo's & sequences of the 2023/2024 Soulful Fitness training sessions.
