Balance Seekers Camp, a unique once in a lifetime online event! ( with few live tickets available)

True balance on skates is not only about where we place our weight. It’s also about how we show up.

On August 23rd, Sofia and Mariska are bringing together two worlds they are deeply passionate about: movement and self-awareness.

Through intention setting, breathwork, Roller Yoga, connection and conversation, we’ll explore how posture, mindset and the way we relate to ourselves influence the way we move on wheels.

This 4-hour experience is designed for skaters who are curious about looking beyond technique and spending some time reconnecting with themselves, their body and their skating journey.

The camp will take place from 10:00 to 14:00 (Amsterdam time) at the Bliss & Balance Centre in Rijswijk, The Netherlands, with the option to join either in person or via Zoom.

As the in-person experience is intentionally small (capped spots),you are more then welcome to join our session through ZOOM. You will be able to connect with us, with the people in the room and the other skaters online.

What you will get:

• A 4 hour unique online event with an unlimited replay 
• A 30 minute class with a Balance Riff on rollerskates by Sofia and Mariska, with unlimited replay
• A 30 minute Spin class by Sofia with an unlimited replay 
• The Balance Seekers Camp Workbook. With all the exercises and some more.

What happens if you join the live session ( limited spots available) :

You will get everything that we described above but you will be in the same space as we are :-) You can also join our regular class on Saturday. On top of that we will orginize a fun outdoor roll on Sunday afternoon. (If the weather allows, it is still in the Netherlands) 

If you are a member/donor of the Esquintfoundation or an active student from the Rollerskate Academy you will get a 25% discount on either the live or the online ticket.

We have a NO REFUND policy. If you are not able to attend the online session, you will receive the replays of all the sessions a week after the event.

If you bought a ticket for the live event, you can transfer your ticket to another person or trade it for any of our other training sessions.
